Paul Robertson Joins Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner LLP
MINNEAPOLIS, July 31, 2006 Redgrave Daley Ragan & Wagner LLP ("RDRW") is pleased to announce that Paul Robertson joins the firm as a partner on August 1, 2006. In commenting on the move, Paul said "I'm excited about this move and the synergy of talents this partnership can provide to clients. Paul brings to RDRW a wealth of experience in the management and discovery of electronic information garnered through a successful thirteen-plus year career practicing complex litigation. In addition, his experience guiding companies in the design and implementation of compliant document management systems will enhance RDRW's ability to serve its clients in this critical area.
Paul is widely recognized as an expert in this area. He has spoken on the topic in the United States and overseas and has published numerous book chapters and articles on e-discovery and e-retention. Paul was also one of the original architects and currently serves as Chair of the Sedona Conference International Working Group on the Management, Discovery, and Disclosure of Electronic Information. Paul was previously a partner in the Boston office of Bingham McCutchen LLP, where he conceived of and co-founded the firm's Document Retention and E-Discovery Practice Group. Prior to working at Bingham, he was law clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Christopher J. Armstrong, Massachusetts Court of Appeals, and was personal aide to Senator Edward M. Kennedy.
