Diana has over 12 years of corporate experience working in both the business and technical communities. Her prior positions as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst and Developer have given her the necessary tools to bridge the communication gap between the business and technical communities to ensure decision makers have sufficient and reliable information necessary to make sound judgments. In particular, Diana focuses on finding solutions that address the business needs while emphasizing usability to increase the likelihood that end-users will welcome the implemented solutions. Prior to joining RDRW, Diana was employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and was responsible for leading technology-related initiatives for the Treasury Services Call Centers.
