Laura H. Gilbert
Prior to joining RDRW, Laura was a Privacy Manager for a Fortune 100 retail organization. In collaboration with the legal and technology groups, she led privacy initiatives in domestic and international risk management and compliance, developed programs for crisis management and security breach notification, and conducted legislative review. Before she went to law school, Laura spent 20 years in the corporate world, eventually serving as a Human Resource executive and Organizational Effectiveness consultant. As a result of her education and experience, Laura brings tremendous insight into corporate America and employee training and communications.
