JERAMI D. KEMNITZ
Since 1995, Jerami has been active in complex product liability litigation brought by
individuals, corporations and class actions in federal and state courts as well as foreign
jurisdictions. He has advised his clients on the appropriate retention, preservation, collection, processing, review and production of corporate records and information. He has developed specialized knowledge in the preparation of corporate witnesses and the proper application and defense of the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrines. This experience allows Jerami to help his clients identify and address corporate compliance and litigation challenges, especially those surrounding document retention, collection and production. Prior to joining RDRW, Jerami was an attorney with Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP.
