Lisa A. Lukaszewski
Lisa has counseled Fortune 100 clients for over 9 years regarding all phases of complex litigation. Her extensive experience includes the defense of litigation filed in state and federal court by individual consumers, health insurers, union funds, and the government. Working with teams of both lawyers and non-lawyers, Lisa has assisted corporations with the development and implementation of document retention policies, as well as the management of large-scale document collections. Monitoring client compliance with established policies and federal, state and industry regulations, she has analyzed client business practices to identify, assess, and offer solutions for potential litigation risks and business issues. Prior to joining RDRW, Lisa was an attorney at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
