Kenneth A. Prine
Ken has represented regional, national, and international corporate clients in litigation
in federal and state courts across the country. His emphasis has been on pre-litigation negotiations and investigation, discovery, and motion practice in a variety of substantive areas of the law including products liability defense, copyright and trademark law,
affirmative action compliance and general commercial litigation. Prior to joining RDRW, Ken was a litigation associate at Winthrop & Weinstine in Minneapolis.
