C. MATTHEW SORENSEN
Matt has nine years of corporate IT, audit, and consulting experience. In addition to formal legal and computer science education, Matt holds professional certifications in information & network security (CISSP, GSEC, CNE), technology audit (CISA) and computer forensics (GCFA). Matt employs analytical techniques to deconstruct complex risks, provides clients with insight crucial to making well-informed business decisions.
In prior roles, he has acted as a liaison, on behalf of technology groups, to federal regulators, internal and external auditors, customers and vendors, striving to strike acceptable balances between cost and mitigation of the risks inherent in today’s corporate IT environments. Prior to joining RDRW, Matt held senior information security and risk management positions with US Bank and Bank of America, and was Associate in the area of Information Risk Management with KPMG LLP.
