LORI ANN WAGNER
Lori has over 19 years of complex litigation experience in a wide variety
of substantive areas, including intellectual property/patent, biotechnology,
products liability, commercial, class action, environmental, civil rights,
mass tort and business tort. She has significant experience with the use of
litigation and trial technology software applications, and extensive experience
with trial consultants, including mock trial work, fact and expert witness
preparation, jury selection and trial exhibit design. While Lori's recent
practice has largely been in the corporate defense arena, she has played major
roles representing plaintiffs in two very large cases which were both tried
to verdict: In re the Glacier Bay and In re the Exxon Valdez
Oil Spill . Lori is a recognized expert in the area of electronic discovery
and records management, and has worked with clients throughout the country
on these issues. Prior to joining RDRW, Lori was a partner at Faegre & Benson
LLP, where she served as a Technology Resource Partner and advisor to Client
Technology Services.
