Information & Records Management Integration Assessments

Analyze and make recommendations for the integration of restructured entities

Litigation Response Integration Assessments

Analyze litigation response capabilities of entities involved in the restructuring

Information & Records Management Integration Assessments

We analyze the information and records management policies, procedures and processes of each entity involved in the restructuring to assess where the challenges to integration of the programs exist. We provide recommendations on how a fully integrated program should be structured and what steps are necessary to get there.

Litigation Response Integration Assessments

We analyze the litigation response plans of each entity involved in the restructuring to assess whether there are risks to the merged entity associated with not unifying the policies, procedures and processes for responding to litigation, government investigation or audit. This analysis includes looking at the following for each entity:

  • Existing strategies and procedures for document and data collection, preservation, processing and production in light of current precedent
  • Corporate organization and information technology infrastructure
  • Internal legal department processes for identifying “litigation hold” situations, implementing preservation directives, and taking appropriate steps when the need for the hold has ended
  • Outside legal provider network so as to identify areas of risks and areas for improvement in meeting litigation preservation and data-processing needs
